What This Policy Covers
This privacy policy explains how DailyForma handles your information. DailyForma is a free fitness and movement routine app with no user accounts, no backend servers, and no data collection. All workout progress, streaks, achievements, and preferences remain exclusively on your device.
This policy applies to DailyForma on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Data We Collect
DailyForma collects zero data. No analytics, no crash reporting, no telemetry of any kind. The app functions entirely on your device with no network requests during normal use.
Data Stored on Your Device
DailyForma stores the following data locally on your device. This data never leaves your device:
- Completed workout history with timestamps and session details
- Streak data — current streak, longest streak, last session date
- Unlocked achievements and badge progress
- Favorite routines you've saved
- Onboarding preferences — fitness goals, session length, difficulty, focus areas
- App preferences — theme, accent color, haptics, language
- Font color preference
- Font size preference
- High contrast mode setting
- Reduce animations setting
- Reminder schedule (enabled state, hour, and minute)
You have full control over this data. You can reset progress, reset all data within Settings, or remove everything by uninstalling DailyForma.

Device Permissions

Notifications are optional and entirely local — no push tokens are generated or transmitted. Photo library access is write-only; DailyForma cannot read or browse your existing photos. You can enable or disable reminders at any time in Settings.
Sharing Features
DailyForma includes optional sharing features that you control:
- Share cards: Generate visual achievement cards that can be shared via the native OS share sheet, or directly to Facebook and Instagram. The card image is saved to your photo library before opening the target app.
- Social sharing: DailyForma can open Facebook or Instagram on your device so you can post your share card. No data is sent to Facebook, Instagram, or any server by DailyForma itself — the app simply saves an image locally and opens the other app. If Facebook or Instagram is not installed, you are offered a link to the App Store or Google Play.
DailyForma does not control, intercept, or track what you share or where you share it. All sharing is user-initiated. No accounts, tokens, or social media SDKs are integrated.
Third-Party Services
DailyForma does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or data-processing services. The app is entirely self-contained with no external network dependencies.
Children's Privacy
DailyForma does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app contains no social features, no in-app purchases, and no objectionable content. Fitness routines are suitable for all ages.
Data Retention and Deletion
All data exists exclusively on your device. You are in full control:
- Reset progress within the app settings
- Reset all data via the "Reset All" option in Settings
- Uninstall DailyForma to permanently remove all data
- Clear app data via your device's system settings
No data is stored on any server — there is nothing to request deletion of remotely.
Security
Your data is protected by your device's built-in security — passcode, biometrics, and encryption at rest. DailyForma makes no network requests, eliminating the risk of data interception during transmission.
Changes to This Policy
Updates will be published at this URL with a revised date. Since DailyForma collects no data, significant changes are unlikely.
