Purge Site Cache
Deletes all cached assets from the Service Worker. Every visitor will re-download all JS, CSS and images on their next page load.

Generates a random version ID, purges the Service Worker cache, and notifies all open tabs to reload. Use the ?v= string in HTML source when manually bumping asset URLs.
How It Works
- You click Generate & Purge - a random 8-char hex ID is created.
- All Service Worker caches are deleted - cached JS, CSS and images are gone.
- The Service Worker re-activates and all open tabs receive an update notification.
- Every visitor's next page load fetches fresh files from the server.
