PhotoToPuzzle is a privacy-first photo puzzle game for iOS and Android, with full support for iPad and Android tablets. The whole app is built around one rule: your photos become your puzzles, and they never leave your device.

The interface is built entirely on Native-UI - POLPROG's internal, production-grade React Native design system. Every component, theme and spacing token is shared with the rest of the POLPROG mobile lineup for structural consistency.
Camera and Gallery Input
Pick a photo from your gallery or take a new one with the camera. Crop the shot before the board is generated, so you stay in control of what ends up in the puzzle.
Multiple Grid Sizes
From a relaxed 3x3 to larger grids for a real challenge. Each grid size keeps its own best times so progression is measurable without being competitive.
Daily and Weekly Challenges
A new puzzle every day, plus harder weekly grids designed for longer sessions. Completion badges reward consistency rather than one-off heroic solves.
Gallery History and Stats
Every completed puzzle is stored locally with its image, grid size, time and date. Total solves, average time, best times per grid size and streaks live in a single stats view.
Adaptive Tablet Layouts
A useIsTablet hook with a 600dp breakpoint detects phones versus tablets. On tablets, content is capped at 520dp and the puzzle board scales up to 560px; on phones, the board is tuned for one-handed solving.
Fully Offline and On-Device
No analytics, no accounts, no cloud sync. Photos, puzzles, stats and achievements all stay on the device - the app works without an internet connection at all.
