POLPROG is a Polish technology company founded by Damian Skrzyński. We design and build web and mobile applications, extensions for Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari, and specialist tools for companies and technical teams.

By 2026 we have delivered over 70 projects, from our own products to solutions built for clients.

We start with the architecture

Every project starts with a clear plan: how the data flows, where the failure modes are, what stays simple. Clean code is a result, not the goal.

Front-End Tech Lead at Fiserv

Front-end development for complex enterprise applications at Fiserv. Responsibility spans technical delivery, application architecture, code ownership, solution design, recruitment support and engineering standards. Hands-on technical expertise combined with team leadership to deliver scalable, maintainable and security-conscious solutions aligned with product and business priorities. The IPP Portal was built from the ground up together with the team - a micro-frontend architecture designed for multi-tenancy, security and long-term maintainability across 11+ brand instances.
