One ISO date per line. No holiday calendar is assumed for you: public holidays differ by country, region and year, and a wrong list is worse than none.
A date that does not exist is skipped rather than moved: ask for the 31st of every month and February has no occurrence, which the result says out loud. At most 500 dates are produced.

ISO 8601 calendar, week and ordinal dates are all accepted, as are dd.mm.yyyy dates. A slash-separated date such as 03/04/2026 is genuinely ambiguous and will be reported rather than guessed at.
ISO 8601 weeks start on Monday and week 1 is the one containing the first Thursday of the year, so 1 January can belong to week 52 or 53 of the previous year. Locale week numbering is a different scheme and will not always agree.

Where these answers come from
The browser's own IANA data, not a table shipped here
Every offset, abbreviation and daylight saving transition is read from your browser's Intl time zone database, which is kept current by the browser itself. Nothing is hard-coded, nothing is fetched, and nothing you enter leaves this page. Where a wall-clock time is ambiguous or does not exist because of a clock change, the tool says so instead of quietly picking one.
FAQ
How are time zones handled?
Through your browser's own IANA time zone database, via the Intl API. There is no offset table in this tool: countries change their rules several times a year, and a hand-written table is wrong the first time one of them does. Half-hour and forty-five-minute zones work exactly like whole-hour ones, because none of this is special-cased.
What happens on the days the clocks change?
You are told. When the clocks go back, one wall-clock hour happens twice: the tool shows the earlier instant and names the later one with its offset. When they go forward, one hour never happens at all: the tool says so and shows where a clock set to that time would actually land. Most converters silently pick a side, which is how a meeting ends up an hour out.
Why are the calendar difference and the total days different numbers?
Because months are not all the same length. From 31 January to 1 March is one month and one day, and it is also 29 or 30 days depending on the year. Both are correct answers to different questions, so both are shown, labelled. A tool that shows one and calls it the other is wrong about something people check.
Which public holidays does the business day calculator know?
None, deliberately. Public holidays differ by country, by region within a country, and by year, and shipping a list that is right for Poland and wrong for Slovakia would produce confidently incorrect answers. You give it the dates that apply to you, one ISO date per line, and the weekend is configurable too - a Friday-Saturday weekend is as valid as a Saturday-Sunday one.
How does it read a date I type?
Strictly. ISO 8601 calendar dates, week dates and ordinal dates are all understood, as is the dd.mm.yyyy form, which is unambiguous. A slash-separated date whose first two numbers are both twelve or less genuinely is not: 03/04/2026 is 3 April in most of the world and 4 March in the United States. Rather than guessing, the tool shows both readings and asks which you meant.
