Every draw is made in this tab by your browser's cryptographic random number generator. Your list, your numbers and the result are never sent anywhere and nothing is stored.
How the draw is made
Paste the list one name per line. Draw one winner or several, and by default nobody can win twice: the draw is a shuffle cut short, so every possible set of winners is equally likely. Turning repeats on makes each pick independent instead.
The same list can be shuffled into a running order, or dealt into groups whose sizes differ by at most one. Duplicate lines can be folded together first, so a name pasted twice does not get two chances by accident, and the tool says how many entries were not drawn.
A list of entrants is personal data, even when it is only first names. This page has no API call behind it: the list stays in the tab, the draw is made by your browser and nothing is written to storage. Copy or download the result if you need a record, because the draw cannot be replayed.
