How this is worked out
Count working days between two dates, or move a date forward or back by a number of working days. The weekend is configurable, because a Friday-Saturday weekend is as normal as a Saturday-Sunday one in much of the world.
No holiday calendar is assumed. Public holidays differ by country, by region within a country, and by year, and shipping a list that is right for Poland and wrong for Slovakia would produce confidently incorrect answers. You supply the dates that apply to you, one ISO date per line.
The result breaks down what it counted: calendar days, weekend days, holidays excluded and working days left. When you have not excluded any holidays it says so, so an answer is never quietly missing a public holiday you forgot.
