How the conversion is done
A hex colour is three or four channel values written in base 16, so the conversion is exact rather than approximate: #2563EB is rgb(37 99 235), and #2563EB80 carries an alpha of 128/255. Three and four digit forms are expanded the way CSS expands them, so #2af means #22AAFF and not #2A0F0F.
The same colour is shown at once in HSL, HWB, OKLCH, OKLab, Lab and Display P3, because the reason for converting is usually to paste it somewhere else. Everything is computed in this tab and nothing is sent anywhere.
